2024 Enrolment Form for PIMPAMA

This Enrolment Form is for the 2024school year with Starting Strong.

Your enrollment is for the year - if you wish to cancel please email us at startingstrong.gc@gmail.com for a cancellation form.

School terms are paid for in advance ( before the first day of term) if you leave before the end of the term there are no refunds.

To secure your spot there is a $70 annual insurance and admin fee. This is a non refundable deposit.

Please fill out the form correctly as this is also used for permissions and emergency contact sheet for our educators.

$20 all kangas a required to wear a starting strong bucket hat
